And you thought you'd seen it all....

Don't know what you guys are used to seeing out there on the west coast, but this kind of thing is pretty strange here in Indiana.
Was driving by a mall when I saw this guys sitting out in the parking lot showing off. What else are you going to do with it after spending the thousands it would take to fabricate this mod??

On a Chevy Avalanche of all things......

All kinds are out there .... all kinds

I did see a sweet Titan with aftermarket rims and billet grill today - too bad I didn't have my camera with me

You can start parking it in the driveway cause with those POS doors you can't open em up in the garage.

there are pre-fabbed kits availlable, still not cheap, but it's a carryover from the import car world. the dumb thing is that you must first open like a normal car door (stock latching) before you can swing it up...so why?

What is not shown in the photo is on the Avalanche there are storage compartments on either side of the bed. This guy has 17" video screens mounted inside that rise up when he is "cruising" around downtown. They face outwards so traffic and pedestrians can watch the gansta-rap they are pumping through to other six video screens inside the truck.

The thing that really makes me sick is I see these guys driving around in the middle of the day during a busy workweek blasting their stereos and showing off their "ghetto-ized" rides. I am sure that they work hard 40-hour weeks to afford putting crap like this on their rides. <---sarcasm
