Question What is the favorite exterior polish system for Titan owners?

I just spent about 6 hours "Zainoing" my PT Cruiser. I was wondering what Nissan owners like to use? With the Zaino system, you have about 6-8 steps, depending on how good/bad the finish on you paint job is.
I only got one coat of the polish on, so will do another coat tomorrow. The clay bar step is the most tedious, but well worth it.
I've been really slack and haven't put the Zaino on in over a year, so I'll let you guys know if it revives my paint job. I'm thinking with the new truck, I'll need to be more vigilant since the truck will get more abuse.

I've been using Zymol and Mequires High Tech Yellow #7. I thought about going the Zaino route but want to test it before I buy it.

I've been using Zaino on my Sheer Silver 03 Maxima for a couple years now. I just got a Smoke Armada and did the whole Zaino treatment to it last Sunday. I have 3 coats of Z2 on it and the paint looks wet. After the first process, you can simply use the Zaino wash and apply polish. You only need to claybar stubborn spots and stains. I am going to put another 2 coats of Z2 on tomorrow. Zaino is awesome stuff. I used them all and like it the best.

I can't believe someone else uses Nu Finish! I have not admitted to it, but it has done a great job for me! I put it on 2 times a year, and use cherry canuba when I have the time in between!

The Zaino is good stuff but....

you'll get equal results with Liquid Glass for a whole lot less time and effort...and
$. I have put 3 coats on in the last 3 weeks. The truck looks great and bugs, dirt, etc... just come off so easy. I have radiant silver so it is a hard color to see wax. But this stuff take the color to a new level and looks very glossy and wet. In the right light, it is highly reflective.

I use Liquid Gold on paint, glass, chrome bumper. I use 303 on black plastic. I use whatever wheel snot is on sale for the tires and bedline (currently black magic). The truck looks "hollywood".

Used Meguiar's Gold Liquid Clear Coat wax for the last few years on my white Tundra. Before using the Meguiar's Gold, I didn't know white could shine like that. Now with my Titan (radiant silver) I'm using the new Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax. Very easy to apply, and VERY easy to wipe off, providing excellent shine. I always clay bar before waxing.

If you have a dark color, you cant beat Zaino, I used Xymol for years, and I bought Zaino when I bought my 350Z, after about 5 coats, I parked it next to another one at the dealer(same color, and new) and mine looked 3 shades darker. Also nothing was slicker when it came to cleaning, you could almost just rinse off.

Well, I had to leave the polish on overnight without buffing it off because by the time it dried (here in GA with a zillion percent humidity) it was dark and I was in my jammies!
Got up first thing and buffed it off, I will say the Inferno Red looks awesome after just one coat! The Zaino site reccommeds 2-5 coats, so I'll put another on later.
Hubby and I will be going out today to look at Armadas/Titans, can't wait!

Hey, I am a freely admitted NuFinish user also. I put it on practically the first day I got my Titan. I'm sure those other systems are better overall, but NuFinish does what I need it to.

I use Meguiar's Gold and Meguiar's Quik Wax (spray) for touching up. I might try that Zaino line although I am very pleased with Meguiar's.

I have just finished my 2nd wax job with Meguiar’s Gold Class in 9 weeks and the shine keeps getting deeper and more mirror finish (orbital buffer helped) that I ever realized. I hope, in time, the shine get as deep as the shine on my 97 F-150.

p.s. On the con side, Gold Class, sometimes, does not buff out completely. and you can't tell until it gets wet.

Zanio is much faster to apply than Liquid glass when useing the FX accerator additive. I did 5 coat includeing the clay bar in just 3 hours. By hand. With the additive there's no waiting between coats. Just keep layering it. Coat after coat after coat. Liqiud glass has a long cureing time.
