MD, were the light mods stick-on? They look cool in the picture, but do they look cheap up close? THANKS

There are several write-ups on how to do this as well as other head light mods... I'm pretty sure he did it the same way most of the others have done the true "mods" to the head light housing. The method is preheading the over to about 300 degrees and heating the glue enough to seperate the housing from the clear lenses. (you will have to use a thin screw driver of another tool to do some prying but be careful not to bend the plastic out of shape or crack the lenses... (This mod is not for everyone... MUST HAVE PATIENTS!!!) Then you will have access to the orange reflector and you can paint it... Like he did his in black. After finishing your mod you will do the same steps to put back together... Heating the oven and resealing the glue.
