CC Titan in the garage?

Has anybody been able to squeeze their Crew Cab in the garage. I have a two and a half car garage, so I thought I would be able to swing it in there and the dealer said "of course it will fit". I've tried backing it in and pulling in side ways with no luck. She just has to stay outside in the court yard.

I don't have a problem. My mirrors on the big tow get close, but it fits. I also have a mini van in my 2 car garage along side of it.

Believe the salesman...sheesh . Dealer looked at me funny when I showed up tape measure in hand to check mirror-to-mirror distance and height (the brochure showed all the other dimensions). Wanted to make sure it fit my small two-car garage next to the Subaru wagon. Yep it will fit so I bought the Titan.

My King Cab barely fits

I have to put phone books down to drive up onto to get the front tires up on the step on my garage. I have about an inch and a half to mess with. It does look cool in there with my roomates G35 coupe backed in.

I borrowed a Titan from the dealer, drove it home and parked it in my garage before buying. It was a condition of the deal.

I got my Titan and Honda Odyssey in my garage!

When we built our house we widened the upstairs over the garage, so it's a little wider than your standard 2 car garage. It helps that I have a 3rd bay/shop behind the Titan, gives me a little extra room when backing in.

Just fits. Wanted a bull bar, but there's no way that's happening if I want to continue parking in the garage...

WHEN I finally get mine, I will have to re-locate my water heater in order to have enough depth.

Big tow mirrors won't make it, and it may be a stretch to walk into the house, but it WILL go in.

Mine fits along with another vehicle and I have a 2.5 car garage. However, when I had it built last year, I had it lengthened 4 feet. I am glad I did because I don't think it would fit without the extension. Now I have probably 3 feet to spare.

I think it is a shame to put a Titan in a garage. The Titan wants and needs to be seen....

Okay you caught me, mine would fit in the garage, but I have too many toys in the way.

I had the same concern myself - see my posts toward the bottom of this page:

Okay, I want a Titan.

I ended up trading spots with my wife - she usually parked by the door to get into the house, but since that spot was a few feet deeper, plus had a 16' wide (double) door whick meant that I didn't have to drive through an 8' opening (requiring mirror folding), I traded. I sure hope she gets used to pulling through the smaller opening!

Mine fits with about an inch to spare and i have to fold the mirrors in everytime, its a pain pulling it in everytime but its black so its worth it. Stays clean much longer parked in the garage.

I am in luck this year with my Titan. I can get it in the garage due to the 6.7' bed vs. my last F350 extended cab with an 8' bed. Turns out, the Titan is 18" shorter than the Ford but I miss and need an 8' bed. My garage has two 9' wide doors. The overall garage is 24 square. I park my Titan on the right so I can open my door and thats the only way it works for me. We all need 28' x 30' garages for xmas this year.
