Ill snag right at 13.8 everytime mixed city and highway, maybe 14.5 on occasion... but if i run premium ethanol free i can reach into the 16.5 range! and let me tell you its damn near cloud 9 up there....
I average about 13 MPG with my Titan in mixed driving, if I do all interstate I can get close to 18 MPG. My last Dodge only got 11 so I'm happy with it.

If you got 16mpg vs 13 mpg, driving 30000 miles a year, you would only save about $400. Now consider the lower cost of the truck vs the "big 3" and consider the power of the titan vs the "big 3". So it has a lower cost of ownership, and is more powerful.
I love the titan because a lot of people driving ford, chevy, dodge will say the titan can't pull this or will get stuck here. Then you can go and prove them wrong. That and you don't pass one every street you drive on, I like making a vehicle unique.

Agree 100%. I see maybe 1 or 2 titans a day besides mine, people don't even know what the hell it is, and cuz of that they underestimate them.
I shut a few ecoboosters up with mine, 15G's cheaper for my Pro4, and similar options, other than I get to have real V8 power, and actually got 16.5-18 highway for my first few tanks. Driving 65-68. And of course, had to get on it a couple times because you just can't resist hearing that growl.
I am new to the Titan coming out of the same year F-150 (2004). I bought it at 100k and just passed it on at 200k. It would pull a 17 from time to time on the hwy. 5.4 with k&N and duals. I picked this truck up at 141k a few weeks ago and after a few weeks of lurking on this forum and learning a few thing I took my first road trip yesterday. Extended cab truck just like the 150, mine has the tow button so 3.3 gears. I hammered most the way to Memphis but avg 75 for the 300 mile trip and got a 15mpg. door to door hwy but . . the fun factor of these trucks make it worth the few mpg's , ya know? Top speed just at blast from 75 to . . . . I only got 113, not to jack the thread but is there a speed limiter on these trucks? I am running the stock 265/70/18 but went with the Nitto Terra. Around town I have gotten as low as 10-11. I have the K&N but most likely leave it at that due to the cost of exhaust.
