There are many reviews on them on the web. I personally wouldn't order from them due to friends past experiences.

Yea, I want some sliders too, we'll I been emailing them, and they were telling me they are hoping they put their lifts out this winter, but they are still doin some testing...

Great products, but the customer service has taken a huge hit recently. I would stay away for that reason.

If you consider having to take 2 weeks to get "ALL" of your stuff, then yes, it is taking them forever to ship. I have a friend who ordered a lift and camber alignment bolts. The kit was missing numerous pieces and his camber alignment bolts. He specifically paid for 3 day shipping because I was going to be visiting and I had told him that I would help him install. Now keep in mind that he called them first to ensure that they had the parts in stock because the whole order was time sensitive. When he got the box, he didn't open it and just set it in the garage for when I got there to help him put it in. When we opened the box, the lift was missing parts and his alignment bolts weren't even in the package. On the order sheet in the box, it said the alignment bolts were "back ordered". Now keep in mind that he called the same day he ordered and was assured everything was in stock. He finally got all of his stuff 2 weeks later.I wouldn't order from them especially considering he had to hound them every couple of days for 2 weeks just to get his missing parts.

These guys are right down the street from me, I have been there and talked to them personally. I have only purchased stuff for my Cherokee, never my titan. There was a problem with a new shock mount(a product they make in-shop not drop ship) I stopped by to ask what was going on. I got all the help I needed there was a problem with production, I got the product a couple days later. The other things I got to pick up without hassle.
My experience with them is good, no complaints.
