Does anyone have wheel adapters on stock width tires? I'm trying to decide if it would look stupid or not. I want them, but don't want it to look dumb. I have Nitto Terra's 275/70R/18's. Let me know.
I don't have that set up but they should look really good.

1.25" should look really nice. Just to warn you, adding adapters may cause some rubbing if you haven't done the pwm yet. Not positive if it will or not, but I just want you to know there is a possibility of some rubbing.

Most likely. If I were you I wouldn't go any larger than 1.5"

I had 1.5s on my old Silverado. I didn't think that was wide enough until I put them on. I definitely would not have gone any more than the 1.5 but they look awesome.

I purchased my wheel adapters from him and he had them on his 18inch wheels... I have 17inch OR stockers... The offset is different and I don't remember the size adapter I have. (from goodkill)
Let me tell you.. they look phuckin sick!!! Love the stance.. Just wish I had a wider tire... but also glad I don't because I get a lot of snow, rain, and mud...
I'll snap a pic later if you'd like?

Pinch weld mod. There's a write up somewhere, but I cannot find it. It's really simple though. It's just a matter of grinding back the pinch weld where your tire rubs.

I was searching threads and I think you have 1.5". I cant find any threads of people with 2" adapters that don't have a spindle lift. The spindle lift kicks the tires out more so I really don't have a frame of reference.
