Who has satellite radio?

Has anybody out there installed a Sirius or XM satellite receiver on the RF system yet, if so, is it a hidden unit that plugs into the back of the head unit and controls through the factor system? Or is it one of those external systems that mounts somewhere on the dash. I would like to get the Sirius system (because I’m already a subscriber and get a discount on my second subscription) but I would like the satellite receiver to be hidden and controlled by the head unit like my Kenwood system is on my Isuzu Trooper.

I am not sure what not being able to check it as much as you like has to do with anything, but a quick search on "XM Receiver" yeilded about 5 pages of threads. Here are four that contain detailed instructions.

Xm Sugestions
Sirius Satellite Radio Installation Tip
How to install XM Radio?
XM Installed w/o labor cost

It really is not that difficult to do a search for any topic in this forum. Simply click the SEARCH button on the top right and enter some words.

I'm finishing the Sirius install on my RF system. I just need to get an antenna cable extender and then subscribe. The kit integrates with the radio. It is installed just behind the amp bracket, under the dash. You have to buy the bracket if you want a factory fit. Then plug in the free NBUS connector and antenna and just subscribe.
