Power Mirrors

Hi all - I have been reading through several past post regarding the different power mirrors available on our Titans, and have a questions to make sure I understand this.

1. If you want to do a swap for the the regular mirrors to big tow or the other way, then you need to swap the mirrors from the same trim line in order to retain the same features i.e. power, heat, and memory.

So if I want to swap my Big Tow mirrors for regular mirrors and also want to keep the features (Pwr, Heat, Memory) then I need to swap with another LE?

Can anyone answer the question as to where the memory is located - in the mirror or somewhere else?

Im about 99% sure that the memory is NOT in the mirror, ITS in the BCM,body control module. But, The LE mirrors are different from the SE, GOOD LUCK!!!!!
