air pressure

i checked my tires pressure they were high in pressure, the sticker on the door calls for 35psi for the p28570r17 front and rear ,put 35 in both tires the front looked noticeable low ,the tires were cold when i done all this, what are you all running in your tires?

Go with the Max. psi on the tire's side wall for best gas mileage. This is the "cold" inflation pressure.

use 35 psi. its what is recommended by the tire manufacturer based on vehicle weight. i personally would never put the max pressure that is on the sidewall. your tires will get hot w/ driving and subsequently the pressure will go up.

Yeah, go with the max...let us know if you have all of the fillings in your teeth in a week or so....Otherwise 35 psi is good. You make the call.

Hi Steve, 35 psi is the max pressure on the sidewall. [Edit] BTW, the sidewall is "cold inflation". [end of Edit]. [mitch mentions the p28570r17 which is the BFG Off-Roads].
