Welcome to the forum, mkelee!

There are several threads on CST, some describing problems, so
just type in "CST lift" under "search" in the top right hand corner,
and pick one.

Dealers can make all kinds of claims about aftermarket parts causing
failures, so go by what can be reasonably expected. If you change
your exhaust, naturally your muffler warranty is gone. Some have
had issues with sensors after putting in oiled air filters. If you have a
strut failure after putting on a lift, I could see a dealer giving you a
hard time. In past years I can remember guys having problems with
transfer cases and rear ends after lifting trucks, so I can understand
a failure causing a sticky situation with a dealer if something tears up.

Enjoy your titan, and take advantage of the help you find on this site.

Exactly what Pagerdaddy stated above.

Bottom line is that if they feel they can justify not doing a warranty coverage on something due to a modification you made, then that will probably be the case.

But, what I would check on is there a warranty by the manufacturer if they kit is installed by an 'authorized' installer of thier product and if so I would read that literature very well to see what is and is not covered.
