Talking First Upgrade!

Hey everyone got my new flowmaster 2-chamber (40 series) muffler on my truck Friday and man does it sound sick! I kept the stock tail on it b/c I like the look of the turned tailpipe as it sits and boy does it sound great. That extra gear really helps to keep the drone away too. None at 41-45 which is perfect for in town driving. Some some guys looking at a new chevy at the chevy dealership and they all stopped talking and watched me drive past with a throaty rumble today. First upgrade done- yippee.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost?

One thing to consider with leaving the stock tip on is the sound. From what I have been told a good deal of the type of sound the muffler makes is related to the tips you put on. It sounds like you are happy with your sound, but something to consider. I also have the 40 series flowmaster and I love it!
