If you're doing your feeling when it's 60 - 70 degrees outside, you won't feel a thing. My truck arrived in time for some winter weather last March. The heaters work great. Initially on high, if it's in the 30s, you'll start to feel the "glow" in 3 -4 minutes. Of course the colder the truck is to begin with, the longer it'll take. In the 20s, after the truck's been sitting outside at work all day, feeling the glow might take twice as long.
It's possible the Titan seat heaters may be interlocked to prevent them working if air temp is above say 50 degrees. My Passat worked this way. I've never researched the wiring diags to find out, but it's easy to turn a heater on, then forget about it especially with the Titan switch location being kinda out of your line of sight. Hope this helps.
