oil pressure gauge
i noticied yesterday and this might be a dumbass question but, if anyone knows answer its here. my oil pressure gauge goes up and down while driving not reaching hot but 3/4 then down to half just wondering if this is normal or not. never had full-size truck. i had 2 pathfinders and xterra but didnt notice this. feedback would be great thanks to all...........

You aren't the first, and you won't be the last. I think that the SEARCH button should be more prominent...although it might still get ignored...JMO
Lots of people come here for knowledge...questions and comments are what drives the site...You got your answer, and someone else will probably ask the same question later on. I am considering copying the links to the more commonly asked questions onto my computer, so that I can just go there and paste them into a reply, instead of searching each time. By the way, the oil pressure gauge measures oil pressure not temperature.Although your oil pressure will go down a little the hotter the engine gets.
