Question Gas Gauge

I went to my dealer and told them about my gas gauge not reading correctly. They told me that there is nothing they can do about it. I went to another dealership today and they ordered me a new sensor that's in the gas tank. Anyone else having this problem with their gas gauge?

It will show a full tank when I fill up. When I drive approx 30 miles it says that I have used 1/4 tank and when I hit 50 it says that I am at a 1/2 tank.

Mmmmmmm

Great... I just filled up and a day later with 25 miles I am between full and three-quarter already. I know it sucks gas but I a feeling cheated. But then after a few more miles it slows down and hovers on 3/4 for quite awhile.

My air sensor was replaced today and that fixed my gauge not working properly. My guage would stop in between 3/4 and full after completely filling up my tank.

Same problem here. 70 miles to 3/4 tank. I'll have to see what the dealer will do. At least it's nothing too major.

My dealer told me they could not replace just the gas tank sensor. They would have to drop the gas tank and replace a module consisting of the sensor, fuel pump, and wiring. I wonder if they know what they are talking about!

i just got back from the dealer. my 05's gauge has been stuck on full. they said that it is in the gauge in the cluster itself. they are ordering a new gauge for me. hopefully it fixes it. also they said that the gauge cluster is also why my service engine soon light comes on.

I noticed my gas gauge coming off of full after only 17 miles! I only get about 320 per tank, what is everyone else getting per tank? I drive pretty normal, don't gouge it takiing off from red lights or stop signs, I'm easy with it. It's a little in town driving, but majority of my tank is interstate on my way to work with only 1 light.
