Mine did this again over the weekend. I filled them to 42 psi and drove it around the block, and it reset. The lowest tire was at 33 psi (but the tires were warm when I checked them). I think that the sensor in my right front tire sends the signal before it gets down to 28 psi.
Here are a couple of threads for you:

Has anyone had any problems with there tire pressure light coming on and staying on even after ajusting the pressure?
I had the air down so that I could pull a lifted 4x4 F150 out of the dunes in Glamis.
No problems so far, but I would like to know haw the Titan handled in the sand. I'll be making my first trip to Glamis with my Titan on Halloween weekend. A few questions if you don't mind.
1. How low did you air down?
2. Do you have BT or OR pkg?
3. Is your Titan lifted?
4. Did you pull out the F150 in reverse or foward?
5. where do you camp?
If you can answer any of these questions (#5 is optional) I would appreciate it.

i replaced my tires and wheels when i got my titan. 35 psi is the suggested pressure for the tires i got, and the sensor seems fine until i get about 1 hour of highway driving, then the light comes on. makes no sense to me.

gotjumps, thanx for the info. We camp near the ranger station off Gecko rd.
I ride a YZ250 and my wife rides a YZ125. The rest of our group has quads and rails, were the only ones without lights, so I plan on taking my truck to the drags in the evening, that way we don't have to leave before it gets to dark.

I am having the very same issue. I bought 4 new tires, had them installed by a "professional" and they reset the sensors with some handheld scanner. Then, after about 40 minutes of driving the tire light comes on. I have checked the pressures and they were all within 1-2 pounds of each other. None lower than 35 psi. When I turn the ignition off, then back on again, it resets the light but it comes on again after about 40 minutes. Dealer said that there is nothing wrong with my truck and that I will have to live with the light coming on. I don't get an audiable warning, just the light. I have had the actual warning come on once, when I picked up a nail, so I know it works properly when I actually loose air perssure.
Does anyone else have this problem? Are there any fixes?
