No I bought the XE so I could roll my windows up and down 100% of the time.

Power Assisted Crank Downs!

My XE has power assisted roll down windows. I'm typing with the "Assistors" right now!

Speaking of XE and manual windows/locks, am I the only idiot who drives around town with one window down and the other up? Obviously, most of the time I'd have both down in a normal car, but from the driver's seat I just literally cannot reach the passenger side window crank. Yea, I know I could roll it down before I start driving, but I live in FL., where the frequency of thunderstorms is only eclipsed by their abruptness.

I bought a kick manufactured by SPAL from www.slickcar.com after doing research on SPAL's website. They were easy to work with, and shipped promptly. I also got a swith kit with 3 way amber illumination to match the dash (do your research on SPAL's website, but they cant compete with prices others offer). I paid 194.99 shipped with the Deluxe window kit. I have actuators on order through a friend. However I havent installed the kit yet. I am waiting to tear into my door until I have everything ready for install (viper 791 alarm, Diamond Hex 6.5's, actuators, power windows kit, and sound deadening). From my experience door panels are kinda like virgins... Lets just say once you tear into your door, it never seems to fit/function as good as when you first got it!
