Our 2004's Tire size not good enough for Nissan?

Nissannews reports:

2005 Titan will have alloy wheels and 285/70R18 tires (SE and LE).

This new tire is 33.7 inches in diameter(1.1 inches bigger than the current tire) and of course wider than '04s.

Does this mean the new 2005's are more "leveled" to accomodate the new tire/wheel package?

The closest thing on Discounttire.com is BF Goodrich All Terrain TA KO which is only 285/65R18 and costs $244.00! None found on Tire Rack for that size.
What if a 05 owner has a blow out? Where would the dealer get the tire?

Not quite sure what that means! With the OR pkg, I have the 285/70s in the 17" size.
So Nissan may have changed the tire size to 18s......what's your point? That it'll be hard to find that particular size? I'm lost.

I'm wondering if they changed the size because of issues with the current crop of goodyears?
