SOMEONE HIT MY TRUCK!!!! Help with parts pricing

I park my truck way out in the middle of nowhere everywhere I go. The one day I park close just run in a out and I get hit.

The Damage:

The Lower chrome insert that holds the plastic lower grill is dented.
The Plastic Lower Grill is broke
The Tag Holder was ripped off
The Skid plate look out of alignment, but it my be just pushed back.

Can I get any part guys to give me a price on these parts. I want to save on my 250 deductable and do it my self. There was no paint damage.
Next purchase is one of those bull bars.

Has any one taken there bumber apart yet? Is the chrome part a separate peice?

I recently had to buy a new taillight (some clown backed into me) and the guy I spoke with at courtesy parts from this board was, by far, the most helpful person I spoke with. At one of my local dealers, I actually had a parts sales guy ask "hmm, Titan, what year?" I hung up then.

$335 for the center section, which actually extends all the way across, includes the grill. $4.93 for the bracket.
