Brake warranty till when??

SO I heard that normally brakes are warranted for the first 10,000 miles... nomally. so how does it work for the Titan, since I have 12,000 but had the TSB at 8,000 miles, now I need to go again because I have the brake problem one more time.

I just don't have time to go to the dealer, but in the other hand at what point does the dealer say, it is not warranted anymore, your 10,000 miles past and now we have to charge you to repair the breaks.

I want to maximise my visits to the dealer and if anybody knows when is that the dealer is no longer responsible for the break fix, then that will help planing the next trip to the stealer I mean dealer.
Thanks

The warrenty should be for another 12months or 12k miles after work has been completed. Supposedly there supposed to have new larger rotors and pads that should permanently solve the problem but thats just what ive head.

Wonder about larger rotor size as looks like 2005 have same as 2004 according to nissannews.com : 2005 Front Brake Rotor

Would then have to cover 2004 & 2005 - slow to 'react'?
