Replacement radio part number

I had my radio replaced 10/30/04 and the "fade" issue is gone. The overall sound quality is still disappointing, as are most factory radios. But no fade and I can now listen to a favorite station which is 40 miles away.

I'd be interested to know the part number on other radio replacements.

I had my radio replace too but mine still fades from full stereo sound to almost mono sound and back again (fm fade to static is gone though). Sort of in and out. I guess it goes back again. I want to get this straightened out before I take it to get a good system and DVD put in. I'm planning on keeping the headunit and having amps speakers and subs added (ala-the RF system) but I want the radio to work right first.
