First Accident in the Titan (not my Fault)

Got in to my first accident, was hit in the rear by a lady in a Honda Accord.

I was sitting in my truck at red light for a no turn on red right turn and I hear and feel this thud. The truck did not move forward as i would have expected.

I curse and step out into the rain and find the accords front end partially under my rear bumper and bed. The lady backs off and we inspect the truck and no damage on my truck. Unfortunately for her her hood is crinkle.

It looks as if she did not make any contact with the my rear bummer and just went right under. I even got paint chips from her hood from when she pulled her car out.

Any thoughts on place I should look for possible damage...

Guess she didn't see you?
I wasn't there but I'd be a little worried about my diff, drive shaft and rear wheels?

I would take it into a shop to have it inspected ASAP. If you find something that was damaged a few weeks down the road, the other parties insurance will not pay for it unless there is no doubt she caused the damage (which may be hard to prove).

Hey altima98, what's with the neck? You don't look right, I'd go see a doctor

That sucks. I'm with titanoholic, go get it checked now. Unseen and unsuspected damage is the worst kind.

Re: First Accident in the Titan (not my Fault)

I had the same thing happen 2-3 weeks ago, a girl driving a Pontiac Sunfire. Roads were a little icy and I was at a light. Thump, right under. Wrinkled the crap out of her hood but no other damage.
