wire harness under dash

I have an '04 king cab xe, i noticed under the dash, right in the front there is a harness right there, looks like something plugs into it. anybody know what is? thanks

Brakes

If I am correct it is the plug to connect your brakes to the brakes of your trailer. - Do you have the big tow Package?
