Use mine monthly to pull my 7000lb travel trailer. It does much easier than my old Dodge. Most of it on mountain trails in 6 to 7000 ft altitude.

If I wanted a strictly work truck that I did not care how it looked or what kind of abuse it would be subjected to , I would have bought the cheapest F-150 I could find. Since I wanted a comfortable tow vehicle for me and my wife, I bought the Titan. Not that you couldn't do all those things you mentioned with a Titan and many probably will....eventually, but not the first year by and large.

bought and use my Titan to tow my 22' boat.
The first time I hitched up to it and towed it around the block I thought my boat shrunk...
I love my truck....

I use mine everyday as a "work truck" I haul a 6000# Bobcat on top of a 2200# trailer. Mostly use the truck on Residential Construction sites. I also would agree if it goes in a house, than chances are, it's been in my Titan. I must admit that I did opt for the Leather seats and am glad I did. I get a lot of SH&* from some of my subs, but its a 4ell of a lot easier to clean up after a long day playing at the site. I'm glad to hear the tailgate held up to the 7/16. I've often wondered what it's limits were. I hear a lot of guys complaining about the weight of the tailgate (on lifting it up). Come on guys, as the Gov. of California would say "don't be a girly man".

right now I dont do much "truck work" with mine. Mostly for running around town and some trial riding.

In a year or so I plan on having a quad to tow around or a dirt bike.

I got kinda of sad the first time I washed the truck because I realized the frame is all dirty and will never be clean again but I don't mind. Its my first new auto and i'm going to do with it what I want.

Mine is new, and I am still in the 2 washes a week and acessorize mode! However, I have been towing my bass boat, picking up 1000 pounds of kithen tile, new bedroom furniture, 17 foot sections of molding and 4x8 sections of extewrior plywood. My line X spray in has not yet scratched and the truck looks great, but I will use it as it was intended.

Talking

Used for hauling a lot of fire wood this year as oil is way too expensive. Bulk bark mulch, plants and shrubs, furniture,of course the weekly dump runs. The bed is a little scratched but who cares the interior is mint and it runs strong.

Use mine for towing Kubota tractor and equipment on heavy duty trailer several times a year, hauling building materials from East Texas to my ranch in central Texas (remodeling metallic building into "camp"), and hauling feed and supplies for my cattle. By being VERY careful, I have managed to keep the Titan in fairly pristine condition.

EDIT- Seeing others attach a load, thought I'd attach this!

Just because many of the posts are about mods and/or racing don't assume that is how most of the people use the truck.

It's kind of dull to post "I hauled 2,100 pounds of engineered lumber, along with a couple hundred pounds of tools in my toolbox, and she still had play in the suspension."

A ton of dirt or running a 7.0 on the track, which would you rather hear about.

Haven't had time to take it off road yet, but plan to. My last ATV died and since I bought the truck I can't afford a new toy. So far the closest it has come to being a work truck is trips to home depot for stuff to fix my house.
