Press the brake hard enough so the truck does not move/play... it happens to me, when I shift to reverse and I feel lazy to press the brake hard.... good luck

When I park my truck I put it in neutral, set the parking brake, let off of the foot brake and then put it in park.

Doing it this way takes the weight of the truck off of the transmission.

do what love said. If your truck is on a slight incline your truck rolls a tad and puts weight on the tranny making you force it into gear.

Mine always does it in my driveway which is at an incline when I don't press the brake enough.
