Installing billet grill. How to?

got my grill today and started looking under the hod and dry fitting it. how did you guys install yours. mine is mounted with bolts over the existing grill. i cant see how you are to squeeze your hand behind the factory grill and thread these new bolts. just aint any room. the only way i can see this being easy would be to remove the factory gill, install the billet, and then reinstall everything. anybody else have this kind of set up?

That is by far the easiest way to do it....look around the outside edge....you will see the 1/4 turn clips with a flathead opening. 7 of them around the outside.

1/4 turn on each and out comes the grille. To re-install - take the clips and plug them back into the grille then just push the grille into place.

There are four (4) plastic hold downs a quarter turn release accross the top, three (3) on the bottom and two (2) on either side for a total of eleven (11) quarter turn hold downs. Visit my site www.usantonio.com/busrtsphoto2A.htm as I posted the enclosed steps when I intalled my billet inserts. If you can not enlarge the picture to be legible, leave me a fax # and i'll fax it to you. Good luck
