Does it have different mounts , the outside shape look the same.

The cutouts are smaller on the outsides on an 08 the lower grill is the same tho

I just don't see enough of a difference in the two to even bother. Why are you lokoing to change it?

There is a full chrome grill on ebay that I like. But it is for 04-07. It seems to me that you could swap them out

Oh ok. I can't see where they differ enough that it wouldn't fit but I think others have tried and failed to get them to fit.
