Off-roaders, Check it out!

I finally found a brush guard for serious use. THis is a prototype and if you want to see the pics from start to finish Click here
THe company is Kennesaw Mountain Accessories in Douglasville, Georgia. I guess they beat Warn to the punch, as Warn is claiming a release date Jan. 2005 for their Winch guard. Thought yall would like to see these.

cool,

I've been keeping a eye out for one's like this. Personally I'd like to see the chrome center portion maintained, the lower radiator air not be blocked, maybe have the winch mounted higher.

my only concern would be cooling. The way that winch completely covers up the lover fan it may not get enough air. Just a thought

Update

Kennesaw Mountain Accessories is the name of the company and for the whole thing you are looking at around $900-1000.00 delivered to a business (as opposed to a residence). I talked to one of the guys from the shop and he told me they are now in production and are shipping them. Call and ask em about those issues you all mentioned. I think I am going to wait until Warn comes out with their version, but I think that will be way over priced. Mo later.

i like everything except the top surround pipe. doesn't flow with the rest of the sharp angles of the bumper. also needs to slope backwards rather than completely verticle.

I've been emailing roadarmor about something for the Titan

I really want something like their avalanche bumpers.

Check out these photos

the one with the 1.5" surrounding tubing is a little much for me. but, i like the angles and the look of the bumper part.

I would agree it would look better if the verticles had an angle more than the 7 degrees that was stated on the photo page, HOWEVER then when you have a minor fender bender, the tubes get bent back and destroy your hood, fenders, head lamps, grille, etc.
They make a minor accident VERY major if you slide into somebody.. say in snowy or rainy conditions.

I would like that bumper if it were a bit more rounded and painted /powder coated to match the truck.

Also, I could do without the bars coming off the top. I know that's typical brush-guard style, but with a lifted truck, you're gonna go right over "brush" and those bars would be useless.
