I've got the big tow mirrors. My garage door is 9'-0" wide and 7'-0" high. I can carefully pull in with about 2 inches clear on each side with the mirrors folded out. If I had the option, I would go with at least a 10' wide door.

Hope this helps.

I had the dealership measure for me before I bought mine. It was 94 1/2" tip to tip of the mirrors. That is the standard mirrors, not the bigtow. If you are building a garage and have the option of doors I would no questions asked go with 9' wide doors. Then I took the truck home to confirm it would fit. Mine are the standard 8' wide and the truck fits, but it is very close.

I measured my Big Tow mirrors on my King Cab. They measure 98 inches (outside to outside), and they are not extended in the tow mode.
