what is the deal????

the titan has been out for a while now, and just noticed the thread that they have sold 67000 + titans. i was searching for some accessories the other night and got so frustrated i gave up, looks like 9 out of 10 sites that sell alot of accessories doesnt even have the titan listed. what does it take for theses sites to put the titan in the database. i really thought by the time the 05's came out the titan would have a large selction of accessories but i guess i was wrong.

67,000 is a little on the low side for truck sales, when Ford is selling 500,000. Even the Dodge boys are slowly getting aftermarket support (performance wise). Just wait, it will come, eventually...

I had the same problem finding aftermarket parts when I bought the 99 Silverado I just traded in. 9 months after I bought it Snugtop was still not shipping caps for the redesigned Chevy.

By the way, this tiem I don't think I will put a cap on. I found the reduced functionality of having to work around the cap space did not offset the convenience of being able to leave stuff (golf clubs, etc) in the back and not fear them being stolen.

give it 2 years and prices for parts will come down drastically. The demand and supply will increase definitaly.
