Well I picked up my truck last night from Adam Smith/new-nissans.com. I cannot say enough about Adam and Advantage Nissan! What an easy transaction! No hassels, no frills, no game playing. I got $500 under invoice..thats tuff to beat! If you are thinking about getting a Nissan, talk to Adam!
The truck is awsome! No rattles so far and everything seems to be VERY solid. I put about 130 miles on the truck today. For those who wanted to see the homelink/temp/compus controls, I took a pic of that. I installed a E&G billet grill today along with a bug deflector. God I love this truck!

Excellent! Nice grill. Geez, you don't waste a minute on mods! lol. I wish I could have swung the LE but, here they were another 4 grand. Oh well. Enjoy it.
Well I have 320 miles on the Titan so far and so far the only thing I have had was one consistant sqeek, turned out it was the tool bag with the jake on it. Moved it around a little and now it is gone. I sure do get a lot of heads turning and several thumbs up! I also notice a lot of people speeding up to me and then slowing down and looking the rig over. I just don't want to stop driving this thing, it is so fun to drive!

Big Congrats on your SWEET Looking truck!!!
And also many thanks for posting your pics!! ? for ya, how good dose the FM Radio sound in your new 05! Great I hope!
Congrats on the new Titan. I notice that I get alot of thumbs-ups from other Titan owners. Kind of like Harley riders give to each other.. The Titan sure does turn heads and has a lot of my Chevy/Ford/Dodge owners asking questions about my truck.
I had the same squeek that you were talking about with the tools and the jack under the back passenger seat. Had to ride in the back to figure it out. Just jiggled it too and it has stopped for now. Did anyone else have the problem?

A very belated congratulation and thanks to Titanoholic! I truly hope you enjoy your new Titan; I’m sure you will. Also an apology if I have ever missed thanking and congratulating anyone of you. I finally have a Nissan Titan as my dealer demo (company car “truck”). It’s a 4wd Crew Cab LE, Galaxy Black on Graphite Grey, what a joy to drive. I can understand why this truck has such a big and growing loyal following. Anyway, I’m glad we can come here and read the various posts of our customers to see the joy they are getting out of a product that we so much believe to be the best of trucks in today’s market. It has really been fun selling them, like no other vehicle that I have sold before!!!
I met with another one of our TitanTalk customers last night. He was here from Utah to pick up his new Titan, and what a neat, neat guy! This guy had a smile on his face from ear to ear, and it was so cool to watch him as he became a PROUD new owner of a Nissan Titan. He was going to stay in our area to visit with family; two great reasons for this guy to make the flight up here. I won’t use his name, or nickname out of respect for his privacy, but maybe he will share his experience with us too when he returns home.
Once again I would like to thank everyone for their support, compliments and business; we sincerely appreciate all of you and your extraordinary dedication to this forum and the Nissan Titan! It is our privilege to be a part of TitanTalk.com, and we hope to be able to continue to make a positive contribution to TitanTalk!

Deep.
Thanks for everyone’s responses. I am driving the truck this week to my brother in law's place for Thanksgiving. The trip should be about 600 miles roundtrip, I will post my gas mileage and any other findings when I get back. I did find one cool, but depressing feature on my navigation system. You can view a bar graph that shows your instantaneous gas mileage. When I am coasting, it is getting 30+ mpg. When I am accelerating slowly, it is getting about 6-8 mpg .
Deepwater, I haven't really played much FM yet, but I will tell you how it works after my trip. I turned it on once, it said "rms fm" and the fm was turning on and off. My wife's Honda picks this station up just fine, but it was really foggy outside and that might have had an effect on my reception?
New-Nissan.com - Thanks again for the excellent deal you gave me on my truck and the great service you have provided me so far. I can't believe you had my truck ready for me to pick up only after 1 hour from unloading the Titan from the shipping truck. I can't wait to get my Nissan survey. You guys deserve the best marks in every category, I couldn't be more please with my purchasing experience with Advantage Nissan/New-Nissan.com/Adam Smith. I would like to ask one question though; I noticed my Titan did not come with the coin tray that goes into the center console. What is the deal with this? Some folks got these with their Titan's and some folks got their dealership to get them one. Am I supposed to have one?

Well, this is a great question. One that after a few searches on this site, I can tell has been a source of confusion and mystery.
If you look on Page 2-36 in the 2004 Titan owner's manual; you actually see a diagram of the coin tray. I have also seen a color picture here on this site. My salespeople have seen this infamous tray in the past, however, not one of our 04/05 Titans have them now. The part number is 96925-7S000. My parts department quoted me $67.30. But none of that answers the question.
Why do some get one and others don't?
It isn't on any factory MSRP sticker as equipment. Nissan doesn't present it as an accessory. It isn't in any of our dealer manuals or in the brochures.
So the answer is....
Well, I have been in contact with the Canton Mississippi Factory. I have asked a contact to go down to the assembly line and see if they can find a stack of coin trays with some guy standing next to them, if so ask him what's up, and if there is no stack of coin trays find out if this is a discontinued part.
OK- I'm being a little facetious, but I have contacted a representative in the parts scheduling area to see if she can research this and I will post the response once I get it.

Hi Shane and Adam and all the Great People at New-Nissans.com,
If you think the smile on my face was "ear-to-ear" before driving off in a '04 KC LE 4X4, you should see it now after putting some miles on this incredible truck! I, along with others on this site that have dealt with Advantage Nissan, have had the pleasure of dealing with one fantastic dealership and one which deserves all the praise you have received.
In my particular case, a late announced additional factory and dealership rebate was offered and New-Nissans.com came thru for me, bending the rules slightly and making sure I received the full $1000 additional price reduction. Thanks for putting the customer first.
Additionally, since I purchased a March '04 build Titan and I voiced my concern to Adam about the TSBs issued since that time, he had the service department take care of them all before delivery. And a warm feeling was when I glanced under the rear and saw the paint missing from the differential, no not the complete cover, just where the filler plug was removed to check the oil level. Thanks service department!
I cannot express my gratitude to all the great members of TitanTalk who have posted such informative info on this fantastic truck, from potential problems to watch for, to mods with step by step pictures, to how so many enjoy its qualities. And New-Nissans.com, as a sponsor, gives not only info on the dealer end of vehicle purchases, but offers members unmatched prices on vehicles and extended warrantees.

For our part, you bet! It was a pleasure doing business with you. If you haven't returned home yet, you be sure to have a safe trip. Try to keep that new Titan of yours under 120 mph, eh. Anyway, thanks for the kudos Marv and you take care.
