Has anyone else noticed a problem with the driver's captain seat being uneven?? Mine is at least 1/4 higher on the right than on the left. It drives me crazy. I have talked to one other owner who had noticed the same thing. I have performed all the adjustments available and it has not helped at all. Is this a common problem? Thanks for any help you can give me
Service Manager is not doing you justice. Take it into them and demonstrate that it is crooked and have them do a repair on it. Almost guarentee you that thier 'fix' will be doing the same...putting something 1/2 bigger in there with a longer bolt or ordering you a whole new seat that will probably be just as tilted...LOL
Also, over the phone most will just shine you off...show up in person with the truck...demonstrate it and get a work order generated. Things don't get fixed in the long run for all without the work orders backing up problem claims.

Thanks for answering. Service manager said, over the phone, that any alteration would void the warranty. Any other suggestions?
Tell him if fixing a God-damn factory defect seat voids the warranty, then you'll trade the bleepity bleep bleep in for a Dodge or Ford....hic.
Sorry, bad mood on a Friday....friggin dealers.
Judging by their screen name there may not be a wallet in the back pocket.
My seat appears to be straight as far as how it is aligned with the floor board but it may be the design of the cushion which lacks some support on the left side for ease of entry/exit.

I have the Captains seats and mine appear and feel even from side to side.
Take it in to the dealership, tell them it is under warrenty and you want it fixed NOW !! If the Service Manager complains, walk into the Dealership' Manager's office and tell them you either want it fixed under the warrenty or they can give you back your money immediately.
Do not ever go by what the weeniies on the phone say. They are usually just trying to blow off people so they don't make appointments, thus causing them to have to do actual work.

And
You are not obligated to return the vehicle back to the dealership you purchased it from.
There are Dealerships that want your Business,Agressively seek them out.
Customer satisfaction is your right!
I wish this is the case...really. Where I am from this is very far from the truth. Simply put, my dealer is CRAP!
I had to contact 1-800-Nissan1 for a minor issue that had to do with my power tow mirrors cause the dealer didnt want anything to do with it. Finaly Nissan contacted another dealer about 45 mins away from me that SAID they would fix it. (After 3 phone calls they still have not back to me though)
Even the radio issue, I have to beg and PLEAD... I'm like "PLEASE pretty please, will you fix my radio, or the rattles and other noises in the dash?"They dont want any part of it.
Get this,
1. They told me that since I bought it from other dealer that I had to go to them for any issues.
2. They also told me that since I purchased my vehicle used (3 months old with 3100 miles on it) that the original warranty would not cover my issues and told me that they couldnt help me without purchasing a extended warranty!
No lie, I couldnt make this stuff up. I'm dealling with a real winner dealership here.
At this point I gave up and dont even f@#$ing care anymore. Good thing my problems are only minor.
I've noticed this on my Titan about six months ago and was hesitant to post anything about it out of fear that this was "all in my mind". I find myself constantly repositioning myself behind the steering wheel. I will probably do my own mods to correct the problem.
I thought the "jiggly" side mirror was "in my mind" also, but other folks have had that problem.
