My box had 4 cleats and the 4 end stoppers had already been installed on the side and bed rails. I also have the bottom sliding tray and bed extender.

4 cleats 2 ES's in the box. The other 2 ES's were already installed on the rails since i got the bed extender and the dealer put 'em up. Soooo, the moral to the story is: check the rails!!!!

strange, i had 4 tie-downs, 2 end stoppers in the box, and 2 end stoppers in the bed already behind the floor tray, so 4 + 4...but no wrench

i had 4 cleats, 2 stopper in the box and the wrench, in the bed there were 2 more stoppers to hold the bed extender in place. I think the number of stopper you get is dependent on how many util trac things you buy.
