nitto terra grapplers

can anyone give me some pros and cons for the nitto terra grapplers. i am thinking of getting some 305/50 or 295/55 with 20" rims put on my 4X4 CC titan. i will mostly be on pavement but occassionaly go snowboarding and some off roading. are they noisy on pavement? i like the way they look but maybe to aggressive for my taste. i may just get some good all season tires. any info on these tires would be helpful. thanks, titanrookie

I've been very pleased with mine. They are quiet as far as ATs go, but do make more noise than the OEM Goodyear SR-As. They're also a bit stiffer, but they have a load rating of 3,195lbs (295/70R17) vs 2,601lbs (265/70R18) for the Goodyears. I've owned the BFG T/As, Uniroyal AWTs, Road King ATs, and Bridgestone Dueler AT Revos, and I'd say these Nittos are the one of the top two, with the Revos being the other best I've had. They perform surprisingly well on wet pavement, especially for an all-terrain. I haven't had them long enough to report on tread wear, but I haven't noticed any unusual wear.
