Interior Lights

Hey everyone. I have a Titan KC LE and I'm wondering if one of my interior buttons is not illuminating when it should. The button on the drivers side door that locks the windows in place doesn't illuminate when the trucks lights are on. Yet, the door lock button right next to it lights up and the window up/down buttons light up as well. Is this normal? I keep forgetting to ask about it when I go to the dealership. Thanks in advance.

Same here, one unlit window button on my KC LE. Does seem strange that the other three are lit and this one isn't.

Same here. I thought the same thing. Starting to sound like it's supposed to be that way.

Nope, that one's not supposed to be lit...for whatever reason. Same for the wife 04 Quest.
Now can someone tell Nissan (and maybe all manufacturers) FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, CAN WE PLEASE HAVE THE STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS LIT?!

Why would you need the ignition illuminated? It's not in an awkward place on the steering column anymore, it's right on the dash. Once under way, why the ned to see it? The interior lights light the area well when the door is opened. Maybe I'm missing your meaning.

My truck is usually running already when i get in (remote start) ,and i just seem to always have something i'm carrying ( work plans, mail,cd's ) ;so after putting them away its already dark in the cab,and can't find the key hole . I guess its just because its really dark in my driveway .

My previous vehicle had a clear ring around the ignition that would light up green when you got in. VERY nice, but yeah it was an akward position on the column.

No thread hijacking intended, but has anyone noticed there is no key access on the passenger side? Anyway, that's the way it is on my 04 SE. I thought this was pretty cheap when I drove a company Ford Focus, but today I just noticed it (had my ride for two weeks now...).

It's common for cars and trucks that have keyless entry to forgoe the passenger side keyhole. My previous 2000 BMW 323Ci and 2002 MB C240 were the same way.

Nissans haven't had passenger door key holes for many years. I haven't used the key in the door in years either. I guess if the battery in the key fob goes bad you'd need it.

Does anyones power mirror controlls light up?

Mine dont, but I cannot remember if they did before I did some work in the door panel, was wondering if I screwed something up...

BTW: I believe the armada's or the qx56's have the illuminated key hole, if anyone wanted to try to install in thier titan, I'm sure it wouldnt be toooooo difficult...

No, the power mirror controls don't light up either. But at least those are recognizable by feel.
