Best of both Worlds

Well, last night I took delivery of a 2005 Murano AWD for my wife. Its a Christmas gift. She loves it. I traded her '02 Altima for it which she was perfectly happy with but the Murano is essentially her dream car (with the exception of the Infiniti FX45). Once I got it home, I parked it next to my Titan and I must say, it was something to see. Those two vehicles make a great pair. Anyway, we now both drive exactly what we want and its a great feeling because this is the first time in our lives whereby we have both been able to drive vehicles that we really wanted at the same time. I will post pics of them side by side as soon as I get them both washed. Last night, as I was leaving the dealership, it began drizzling and the construction going on around my neighborhood means soupy roads. Needless to say, its filthy now.

Congratulations VShortt. My girlfriend would love to have a new Murano, we just don't really have the funds right now. Keep us updated how you all like it.

Thanks Titan Kid. I know exactly where you are coming from (with the funds issue). That is why I am proud that I am finally able to do this for her (us) because there is no doubt that it hasn't always been easy. Good luck on getting your girl a Murano. I'm sure she deserves one just the same as my wife did.

Congrats VS, and um....Mrs. VS! I also know the feeling. The wife wanted her 04 Quest and I wanted the Titan. We're both happy...even if a little broke...lol
Enjoy the new toys! You live only once.

Did the same thing. Turned in wifes Sentra for a 04 SE Pathfinder and my Supercharged(joke) CC LB Frontier for a 04 Titan SE CC. We are both VERY happy. The Pathfinder was the last of the old style and that is the one she wanted. Said the new one was a little to big and so on. 1% 60mth on both of them is what did it for us. We both work hard and finally were able to afford it. Now its back to installing my amps in the Titan. Wife says, "don't even think about putting that shi+ in my car".

Thanks Flush! Now I'm missing my 02 SC CC LB 4X4! Loved that truck..especially after the 2.3" pulley swap. But the Titan makes up for it!
