05 parts fit on 04??

I dont know if anyone has asked this yet but I just got back from looking at the 05 titan's and was wondering if anyone knows if the headrest's will fit on the 04 and also the rear diff cover. They definately upgraded both area's. Thx.

The rear diff cover will fit. I haven't heard of any seat changes, as long as your XE has active head restraints? If you grab headrests off the '05 XE you should be ok. You could drive your truck to a dealership and have a salesman take one out of an '05 for you to try. That way you'd be sure!

Funny you should ask about the headrests. I too was wondering the same thing. For 05, Nissan added "active head restraints" as standard equiptment (not avail on the 04s). But the reason I was wondering is because they look like you wouldn't have to put your head back so far to rest it on the headrests like we do ours because they stick further forward. I'll have to look into this!

Nice, that was one of my complaints that the headrest was too far back. It was impossible to sleep in the seat without using a cushion...
