Has anyone else with a front bench seat noticed what appeares to be another set of cup holders, under the front middle section of the the seat? Nice place to hide the last beer when camping.LOL That makes 10 cup holders! Please don't ask for a picture its a tight squeeze.
I used to backpack above there when I was a teenager. Up above the timberline at around 11,000+ ft. elev. Lake Italy and Italy Pass area. Nothing like a afternoon thunderstorm echoing of the granite.

It is a new find.Strange and new.Does the middle seat fold up?
Gives me something new to ponder and investigate tomorrow.
(I put seat covers on and didn't even notice this)
Good eye.
I saw it and curiosity got the best of me, took out the center section to investigate. It's a full console, complete with a center recessed storage compartment. I toyed with the idea of leaving the center section of the front bench removed, as this gives the center seat in the rear of the KC full size status, enough room for an adult. Then you'd have room for five full size adults. In stock form, the middle seat in both the rear and front bench are really for kids at best, so 4 adults and two kids. However, it didn't look right with the front center section removed. Big void with no finishing trim. If I go on a long haul with 5 adults however, probably will remove it.
No it's not a new find - there have been several threads about this, infact I posted about it a month after I got my Titan and thought I found something new. They're there incase you want to take out the middle part of the bench seat and still have cup holders. Not something that Nissan 'forgot' to take out or mistakenly put into your truck.

If it is too tight of a squeeze to take a picture, how can you put your drinks there?

I think they guessed we might take out the seats and have the use for a cup holder... nissan wasted 4 bucks installing that. our truck could've been cheaper and lighter. lol

I went out and looked for this at lunch but I couldn't find it. My front middle seat definitely does not come up. Where is this at again?

Wow, so that's under the center seat? Interesting. Now I want to take my center seat out.
