So I noticed that my keyfob wasn't locking the doors when I armed the alarm (which did arm). Then I tried to lock the doors from inside and they didn't lock.
Took truck in today and Nissan tells me my windows no longer go down and the car won't start because the computer in the truck is in a "loop" and the diagnostic computer is locked up because the truck is in a loop.
The master tech has no clue on what is going on!!!
Has anyone had this type of issue??
To say I am pissed is an understatement. This is a new 2004 LE with 5k on it. Crap like this is not supposed to happen!! And they won't give me a loaner car as my truck is stuck there overnight!!
Appreciate any feedback!

--PART 2----
So I got my "fixed" truck back - the dealer took out a BCM (body control module) from a brand new truck and put it in my truck. All worked according to the dealer.
I was driving down the road (just after leaving the dealer) and tried the locks and windows again to see if they worked. AND THEY DIDN'T! I was fumming! Called them back and they told me to bring it back.
Brought it back the next day (this was a thursday) and they told me later that day they need to keep it in a controlled environment. So they give me $25 voucher to get a loaner as they worked on the car all day Friday.
I called today and they were able to create a sequence of actions to reproduce the failure in the BCM (don't ask me what they were - but i will find out as it was rather complicated). However they don't know why the actions taken caused the failure. So they have to keep the truck over the weekend and have no idea when I will get it back.
They have been in touch with Nissan Corp tech support and have been working with them. But this has never happened and they have no records to help assist in the fixing of it. I told them to find the freaking guy who build the damn thing and fly his *** out to Utah and fix it! (They didn't like that comment to much) They need to follow the prescribed process.
If ANYONE has EVER had this type of problem email me at
markhilt@hotmail.com because my patience is running out quickly with Nissan.
Thanks again
