XM radio wiring?

When I design the titan I want (2005 LE CC loaded) online at the nissan site, there is a xm radio option for $400. I couldn't find any trucks in any dealer's inventory with that option. I called my local dealership and they told me that they can hook up XM to run through the Titan's existing radio when I purchase the vehicle, all I have to add is the antenna. Is this true? Can someone please give me some information -- I have a Yukon now and my XM works right through the existing radio with no additional receiver needed.

the factory built in option is the exact same as the dealer installed way your dealer syas he can do. Basicly they add a Nissan Specific xm tuner under the dash(same spot and exactly mounted the same way as the factory). they both than soley use the head unit and steering wheel controls. the main differance your dealer is saying is that the factory version uses the extremely large glass mount antenna. It sounds as if your dealer is hinting to use a terk micro roof mount antenna (which is the way to go)

so in short the dealer installed option is the exact same as the factory option. (ps you can easily do it your self and save the install costs)

The 05s now offer Satallite radio as a factory installed option as opposed to the 04s factory installed wiring, dealer installed unit. I do believe they both have that stupid looking rear window mounted antenna though.
