2006 Dodge Ram MegaCab ... still not answer to Titan

Found this while browsing the truck sites. Just the camouflaged pic. but you can tell how big the back door and as a result the back passenger area would be. It'll likely be in the mid $40K's with the Power Wagon features.
I don't think it'd fit in most garages though.

Here's a pic. of the Power Wagon(which has the diminutive back seat) for comparison:

Looks like a solid front axle so I think you're right about the power wagon features.
I'm having a hard time deciding where the back door is. Is it the last vertical line on the bra? I looks like it might even extend past there to the bulge at the top of the camper. Hmm...

I love these spy shots.

Looks retarded with those tiny tires on that huge truck. And what's up with those hub caps? Is that supposed to be like the air inflation control like in an H1?

They have a long way to go to improve the functionality of that thing. Too big IMO

Based on the 8 lug design, its also a truck that will fall into their Heavy Duty line of trucks. I guess the Light Duty (1500) guys will continue to suffer with the dismal back seat.

ooooohhhhhh! When they make the top one look like the bottom one, i do believe i will take one! Doesnt look any bigger than a Superduty Ford, if you are used to driving big trucks, its no big deal. I like all the goodies, its like Christmas.

Damn, it is so wide it made this thread run too wide for my screen...LOL! I just love the look of an ultimate behemoth truck with tricycle-like tires on it!

p.s. it STILL looks like a pig on steroids that just had it's nose cut off.

dodge has been recycling the look of there truck for way too long. i think they need to consider doing a serious face lift. you cant tell a 95 from an 04 other than than one has more dents and scratches. ram is a good truck, but i know i would get annoyed owning one and seeing every other person driving my ride.

Think about it.....The 1500 and 2500 virtually use the same sheetmetals, just different frame/suspensions.....this means the 1500/2500 '06 will finally catch up interior wise to everyone else......That truck ain't long....Ford makes an F350 TRIPLE cab(6 doors, 3 benches) with a LONG bed!! Finally, the working man's limo!

I dont think they are recycled. Its bigger, broader, and has different interior, and body. They just changed it for crying out loud. Im not gonna ***** about it though, because when i need a replacement body part, i can run down to the salvage yard and grab one from ANY 1994-2001 dodge ram.....1500, 2500, 3500....and they all fit. Plus parts are next to nothing. Changing the style too often is a waste of time and engineering IMHO. Plus it helps me out, i don't have to worry about buying a new one just cause the body style changed to something i like better. I do now, but thats ok its almost 9 years old, its about time to trade up to a new Dodge anyhow.
