Fog light switch is on the turn signal stalk - I installed the factory kit on my XE - it's a 30 minute job total - harnesses are already in the front bumper - and the new stalk just pugs into where the current turn signal stalk is - you have to open up the casing around the stering column a bit - but I don't think I had to completely remove it. very simple job all around.

I did it in about 20 minutes all together... I was very surprised at how easy it was.

Now it may take you longer if you have the shifter on the column, mine didn't so it was simple to change out the signal stalks. 3 screws, popped it open, pulled out old stalk, snapped in new one, and that was it!

Just did this also. I have the col shifter and the 3rd screw under the circle cut out was not even in place! I just had to take the 2 screws out and then pop he snaps on the trim with a flat head screw driver. I never took the trim off at all. There was plenty of room to pull the old stalk and pop the new one in.
