I'm probably going to buy a new Titan before the end of the year. I would like to have several aftermarket items added to the original purchase like different tires, bushwacker flares and the leveling spacers. Will a dealer do these things or will they balk? I will ask and see just wanted to know if anyone else has done this.
If you have the dealer install aftermarket parts, they usually apply a hefty installation fee and probably provide some type of warranty if its from a nissan authorized producer.
BMW tried to charge me 80 dollars a hour + parts $60 for a simple AUX input installation.
I went there in person and got the thing for 30 and took less than a hour.
Try installing the parts yourself and you will enjoy having the chance to explore your truck and know the ins and outs of it.
Overall, dealers do install aftermarket products but will charge more than you can find elsewhere.

Unless it's something Nissan has approved, I doubt they'll even think about it.
