Utilitrak rails rating?

Anybody know what weight the utilitrak rails are weighted for. I've ratcheted down a couple of motorcycles in the back with no problem, but curious to how much they'll handle.

150 - 200 lbs depending upon tracks used and angle of tie down strap. See owner's manual pages 9-15 thru 9-17.

My only complaint (minor) with cleats is aligning them with the two notches in the track before tightening down. Still getting a feel for this. But other than this, Awesome Option and something to impress non-Titan owners with!

I started not to get the Utili-tracks on my Titan but I'm sure glad that I did. Today I hauled a huge projection TV to our church and I was able to use the cleats and put the tie down points exactly where I needed them. The other day I had to take 5 gallons of gas to a stranded motorist and I used a cleat and tied the handle of the gas can to it. This works wonderfully. The tie off points in the bottom of the bed that most trucks have is useless for doing something like this. I was able to drive without the gas can tipping over.

Yea the utili trak is a great idea and does work well. My only problem with it is that after only 3 months, all of the hardware is rusting. You'd think they would have used a higher quality stainless.

Mine was rusting a little too Actually, only the little "stop blocks" were rusting, the bolt running through them. I put some Amsoil metal anti-rust and lube on them, and they've been fine since then.
