My knob that contols the airflow into the truck, has settings in between each label. Why is this? If I am in between two, which one am I on? Is it just my truck or is this the way it was designed?

Thats weird, I was going to ask this same question, its been buggin me. I'm guessing its a combo of both settings your between if you know what I mean. (Thats how my 3500HD Chevy is anyway)

Yep, that's the way I see it also, i.e. if it's between defrost and floor you will be splitting it between the two etc, etc, etc.

I think it's sort of a fine tuning set up allowing more air to be blown to either the bottom, defrost, panel instead of an equal amount to both outlets.
