sounds like you were riding the brakes too much; this is potentially a very dangerous situation. next time down shift and take advantage of engine braking.

it's not just front-engined vehicles; it's primarily due to the weight shift to the front when you brake, not the location of the engine.

i sure hope they get this new "fix" out soon too. ive had my brakes "fixed" twice and its doing it again real bad (it actually started, just ever so slightly about a day after i had the second fix done), but now its bad, esp when you get them hot. i absolutely hate driving my truck like this, it feels like its shaking everything apart. o well, but when this new fix comes out we are all probably going to have to look forward to more waiting on the part and our favorite, especially mine, MORE TRIPS TO THE DEALER!

Spend $1,100 for a Big Brake Kit from stillen.com. 14" cross drilled/slotted rotors and H.D. pads. No more warped rotors....
