Thumbs up Bought one...

Just bought a new Titan the day before Thansgiving. Galatica black, SE, crew cab, bench seat, bed package, tow package, 4X4, manufacture date 8/04. Everyday I am liking it more, and more. Gas is around 13,14,15 mpg. Driver, and front passenger windows stick in the down position occasionally...ah whats a truck without a few quirks. Piece of trim missing on back of cab have to go back and get that fixed. Dealer called week after I bought it, and asked if I was still interested in buying a truck...oops. Week and a half they called to let me know my steprails were in...which they had already installed. Overall...with about 2500 miles so far...I am very happy. Some of the people I let drive it are now considering getting one. Can't wait to take it to the mountains!

Merry Xmas...Joe

congrats.

I will probably be buying one the last week of the year, next week. I'm also looking at getting an '04, black, 4x4. Sounds like your dealer is right on top of things!...could be worse. Post pics.

Congrats, on the new purchase. Should have pulled the steprails off and let them install you a second set. Never know when you will need a spare steprail

Congrats, and don't listen to whiners like that Half Shovel guy . These trucks rock! If you have an 05, you'll probably not have the problems we've been having.

Congratulations Joe, I love the way you put it: "Galactica Black" reminds me of "Battlestar Galactica" coming up on the SciFi channel :-)
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Can you clarify on the trim you are missing?

Tiny piece at the top/rear of the cab...I asked the dealer what it was called and he said "trim piece".

Congrats on the new buy, i picked mine up late nov..

Was the piece missing at the dealer or did it fall off sometime after? If you are looking at window is it the trim on the right side of the window?

Mine is also falling off, time for a trip to the dealer.
