Help! Please! Need fog light install info

My wife bought me fog lights for Christmas. I have installed the lights themselves easily (even though the instructions said erroneously to use a 5 mm socket) but I am having trouble removing the plastic surrounding the steering wheel. The instructions say to remove three screws and I can only find two screws which I removed. Where is the third screw? The plastic around the steering wheel won't budge. I have a Crew Cab with the shifter on the console.

You don't remove it with the column shifter...just lift it up enough to clear the new stalk--it will get broken if you try and remove it!! The 5mm thing had me going for a bit as well

there are 3 screws down under there, get them all out. One of them is inset very deeply so make sure you have a long screwdriver.

Once you get the 3 screws out, you kinda have to pry apart the 2 halves of the column cover and it will snap apart... just move it out of the way enough to get to the signal stalk. It only took me 10 minutes to do.
