When it's time to change tires what do you look for?

I haven't had my truck long enough to change the tires, so I'm not ready for a tire change yet. Also thought it would be nice to have a regular question rather than a "my titan is falling apart" question for a change.

Nonetheless, with such nice looking wheels on my truck, I'm wondering where I should go when it does come time to change tires. I certainly don't want anyone mashing up the wheels with a sorry tire machine if there's a better way. Same thing with weights, etc. I'm guessing stick-on weights come on these wheels, but the tire jockey places always want to put on clamp weights.

So, what do you all look for when you go to get new tires?

get bridgestone revo's from tire rack and use one of their installers that has a hunter GSP9700 balance machine for the smoothest ride.

I have had good experiences with discount tire also. I have never been a fan of stock Goodyears. They seem to wear fast and uneven for me. The compound seems to be too soft.

YO CrosbyTitan,
Atascocia Titan here....probably have seen your truck on 1960
