Talking Its official!!! NISSAN TAKES HOME LA AUTO SHOW "PRIZE"

i went to the LA international auto show 2 days ago and sat in EVERY full size truck available (including Hummmmmmoverpriceder). i didn't realize how different they all really are until i sat in all of them within 1 hour.

the distinguished panel of highly respected judges (or 'judge') invested an hour of their (my) life to bring you the 1st annual LA auto show critical truck test. the order is from best to...lets get that better with the next model!
the prize goes to...are you ready????

front seats---nissan, ford, hummer, dodge, chev, tundra/gmpee

back seats (cc)---nissan, hummer, all others lame--top of backrest came below my shoulders--in a rear end collision my WHOLE HEAD would go through the window

back seats (kc)---nissan gets nod for longer 'leg support' all others (hummer exc.) lame

dash config--hummer, nissan, ford, tundra/dodge, others

front end design--hummer, dodge/nissan (tie), chev/tundra should be spanked

engine---nissan/hummer, dodge (hemi--2nd only because of torque) others 'thanks for coming'!

wheels---dodge (20's chromed), hummer, nissan, tundra, chev

in and out ease---nissan, ford, dodge, chev, hummer, tundra was the worst--hit my head getting in AND out--this one in particular made it feel more 'midsize' than anything else. new tacoma 'felt' bigger inside

bed---nissan (utilitrack, sprayin etc), ford, dodge, chev, hummer--if you have a bag of apples...

torque---nissan, all others LAY DOWN!!!

headlamps---nissan, dodge, hummer, ford, chev, tundra---look like they were leftovers from celica 'truck'

overall body design---nissan/dodge, hummer (yes it 'looks' cool but the wanna be tank vibes gotta go...) ford, chev--looks about the same as 9 years ago, tundra--when it first came out years ago it looked old (T100??)

and the winner is...NISSAN--ladies and gentlemen, in an unprecidented 2nd year make, the TITAN takes home the coveted 'Stick at the LA auto show award'. look for pics in upcoming road and track mags. (well...)

Please get me a lot of shots of the Silver Titan with the custom paint and momo wheels. If you could get several angles and some various close-ups, I would be greatful!!!!!! From what I have seen, this truck is inspiration for where I want to go with my Silver Beast.

Thanks!!!

i saw this baby and even though i really didn't like the tribal paint job, it was a great truck. someone else may have to confirm but it looked like it was chopped. (ie the roof was shorter by a few inches) someone else will have to confirm...

one thing that was really cool was in the bed of the new 05 cc they have a giant plasma playing the commercial over and over (the one where its racing down the dirt road and the camera pans under it) with all the specs on it. my chevy friend about lost his mind when he saw the torque spec. on it!!!

also the lamborgini murcielago will take your breath away...500hp???? now if they just made a lambo truck...

Went to the auto show last night. I don't think the Troy Lee Titan was chopped. Check out the pictures and tell us what you think.

is that last pic having a hole for the intake?

BTW, i'll be arriving at the LA auto show at 12 since my friends are slow to start the car + lunch. Plus i'll get more angles and shots in for anybody.

So far, I have been requested to take photos of,
Titan
Hummer (hybrid?)
Dodge
and a handful of sedans/coupes

The wheels on the Troy Lee Titan are Momo. Don't know if the custom vent in the front fender is for intake. The vehicle is locked, no way to pop the hood.

I also have photos of the Toyota FTX concept truck if anyone is interested.
